Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement request. Requests received after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

The return period is calculated from the date you receive the product(s), as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons) - including creams, oils, lotions, and other topical products once the seal is broken.
  • Perishable goods such as food items, herbs, and powders.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.

⚠️ Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products if the seal has been broken or the product has been used. Please ensure you check the product packaging upon delivery.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping - If the product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged.
  • Defective or faulty - If the product does not work as intended or has manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item received - If we sent you a different product than what you ordered.
  • Expired product - If the received product is past its expiry date.

Replacement Process

When a replacement is approved:

  • We will arrange for a pickup of the original product (if required).
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the replacement product to you.
  • Replacement shipping is free of charge.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after return verification.
  • If the replacement product is also defective or out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • The replacement product is also defective or unavailable.
  • You have requested a refund instead of a replacement (where applicable).
  • The product is eligible for return but replacement is not possible.
  • Order cancellation before shipment.

  • Store Credit: Instant upon approval

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): Free pickup and no shipping charges.
  • Returns due to customer change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Self-shipping: If you choose to ship the product yourself, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  • Do not use the product - Using a damaged or defective product may affect your eligibility for return.
  • Document the issue - Take clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Contact us immediately - Reach out within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

Order Cancellation

After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the product. Refund will be processed after we receive the returned product.

Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items, you can cancel specific items before shipment. Refund will be processed for the cancelled items only.
